             Wasteland
------------------------------------

Wasteland is (Open)TTD re-imagined in a post-apocalyptic setting, featuring
unique goal-oriented gameplay focused on rebuilding destroyed towns. New
games should be started in the year 2077. For more in-depth information on
gameplay please visit:

------------------------------------
What You Need To Know Before Playing
------------------------------------

First and foremost, Wasteland is a WORK IN PROGRESS, which means it is not
complete, in fact it is far from it. There are lots of things still missing
like airplanes, ships, trains, variety of houses, etc. Although fully
playable, it is basically a testing release and not intended to be perfect.

That said, what HAS been implemented SHOULD be working properly, and if not
these issues should be brought to my attention so that I may fix them.
Suggestions for future improvements are always welcome too, but understand
that a lot of work still has to be done on the features already implemented
and planned, so not all ideas will get added.

Road Vehicles are the major new feature in this release, which now make the
set stand-alone playable (i.e. no other GRFs required to play). These
vehicles will need a lot of tweaking to make for balanced gameplay, and input
is needed from you (the player) on how the game plays to figure out proper
balancing. Please direct any suggestions to the development topic at
tt-forums.net by clicking the 'visit website' button in the OpenTTD NewGRF
window or copy this web address to your browser:

Your help is greatly appreciated, and have fun!
